Yonkyu, Jeffrey Vincent on the left meditates before one of his matches with an older and more experienced competitor.  In his division, Jeffrey impressed the crowd with his agility (for a 6' 6" tall man) and he pleased us with a 2nd place trophy for his overall effort.    Jeffrey is a very dedicated karateka and practices every day at his home in NY.
